De Amertek’s approach to quality is grounded in well-documented processes, disciplined manufacturing practices, and a strong commitment to meeting customer-specific requirements. We are IATF 16949 certified and apply the APQP process across all projects, whether they involve design and development or build-to-print.

Five-Phase Gated Program Management

Every De Amertek project follows a consistent five-phase gated process: Scope & Customer Alignment, Specifications & Planning, Design Validation, Qualification & Pilot, and Production Readiness & Control. This structured approach is applied across all projects, regardless of industry.

Quality Processes

PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report), APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), DV/PV (Design Validation and Production Validation), PDP (Product Development Process), brainstorming and lessons-learned reviews across every program phase.

Environmental Testing

Thermal shock (-40°C to +125°C), humidity, salt fog, dust ingress, full immersion, high-temperature chamber, cold chamber. Our in-house environmental test lab validates product reliability before it ships — the same lab qualifies a home-appliance control and a Tier 1 automotive module.

Test Fixture Philosophy

Every product gets a custom functional-test fixture designed and built in-house. Customer-funded, retained on site. Duplicate fixtures can be delivered for customer use so capital costs stay down and test-correlation concerns go away. CMM certification, warranty services, and field repair programs are available on request.
