Founded in Illinois, De Amertek has built a long-standing foundation in automotive, electronics, controls, and manufacturing support. Over time, the company has expanded its technical capabilities to support OEM customers across appliance, industrial, vending, foodservice, and other electronic control applications.
Today, De Amertek combines engineering support, electronics manufacturing, testing, and production execution to help customers move programs from concept through commercialization. In addition to its U.S. base, De Amertek has long established Asia resources to support broader manufacturing and supply-chain needs where appropriate.

Founded in Illinois

Founded Advanced Micro-Electronics (AME) in Taipei, Taiwan for Asia-Pacific engineering and manufacturing. Visteon Best Supplier Award.

ALT Established + Ford Q1 Renewed

Founded Advanced Leading Technologies (ALT) in Pudong, Shanghai. Ford Q1 certification renewed. Visteon EPS Award.

2006-2016

Global Automotive Scale

EPS mass production ramped. Asia-Pacific customer base expanded. AME and ALT achieved TS16949 and ISO 14001. Pace Award for the Strattec power-access program on the Honda Odyssey.

2016-2024

EPS Systems & ADAS
